Given the relatively low prices of new cameras, we make sure to price our repairs sensibly. We start by diagnosing and repairing the fault at the level of individual electronic components instead of replacing entire modules. This allows us to significantly lower the final cost and shorten the repair time.
All repairs come with a 6-month warranty. You will find more details in our terms of service.
Repair quotes are free of charge. Once we receive your damaged equipment, we test it and diagnose the fault, which often requires disassembling some parts, and then prepare a quote, usually within 1 business day. As soon as you accept it, we start the repair, which typically takes a few business days.
