Po zrobieniu zdjęcia, słychać pracę silnika przesuwu filmu, ale po wywołaniu negatywu widać, że film przesuwał się za mało, lub nie przesuwał w ogóle. W skrajnych przypadkach aparat nie jest w stanie nawet wykryć włożenia kliszy.
Usterka jest spowodowaną uszkodzeniami plastikowych zębatek przenoszących pracę silnika transportu filmu, w których wyłamują się ząbki, do momentu w którym zębatki są zupelnie “łyse”.
Naprawa polega na wyczyszczeniu mechanizmów, oraz wymianie zębatek na nowe, koszt naprawy zależy od iloścu uszkodzonych zębatek - czasem aparat wymaga tylko wymiany szpuli odbiorczej filmu z kołem zębatym (którą produkujemy sami), a czasem większej ilości zębatek.
Odłamujące się elementy zębatek wchodzą w mechanizmy, powodując głośniejszą pracę silnika, oraz odgłosy “skrobania”. Po naprawie i wyczyszczeniu silnik wciąż może wydawać odgłosy skrobania, nie wpływa to na jego pracę.

In this camera, other issues rarely occur.
When taking a photo, instead of a single "click" from the shutter, a few seconds of rattling can be heard.
This is a sign of communication problems between the camera and the shutter module. There are two potential causes: either the shutter itself needs regeneration, or the flex cable responsible for communication between the camera and the shutter is broken.
The repair involves replacing the flex cable with a new one, produced by us, or regenerating the shutter, depending on the source of the issue. Since the amount of work is similar, both repairs are priced the same.
If both repairs are required, or if the client decides to replace the flex cable preventively during the shutter regeneration, the cost increases by 50€.
If the flex tape in your device has not yet broken, it is not worth waiting for that to happen. Even in "new" devices (meaning equally old but unused), due to their age, the tapes become fragile and are prone to sudden damage. We encourage you to carry out the replacement as a precaution.
