W GR21, poza problemami bliźniaczymi z usterkami występującymi w serii GR1, zdarza się jeszcze jeden problem - prawdopodobnie opary z kleju użytego przez producenta w optyce, osadzają się soczewkach obiektywu, tworząc naturalny i dosłowny filtr “Pro Mist”. :-) w najgorszym wypadku dochodzi do zdegradowania powłoki antyrefleksyjnej jednej z soczewek wewnętrznych.
Ze względu na malutką optykę GR21, aby tą mgłę zauważyć, należy oglądać optykę pod ostrym światłem, przeziernie.
Naprawa polega na rozebraniu i wyczyszczeniu optyki, a po złożeniu sprawdzeniu jej ostrości na auto kolimatorze.

In the GR21, apart from the similar issues found in the GR1 series, there is one additional problem – likely due to fumes from the adhesive used by the manufacturer in the lens assembly, which settles on the lens elements, creating a natural and literal "Pro Mist" filter. :-) In the worst-case scenario, the anti-reflective coating on one of the internal lens elements may degrade.
Due to the tiny optics in the GR21, in order to notice this fog, you need to view the optics under sharp light, trans-illuminated.
The repair involves disassembling and cleaning the optics, and after reassembly, testing the sharpness using an auto collimator.
